[WSSSPE] Date/location of WSSSPE6 next year?

Hi,

While we're at it, I'd be happy to help out with WSSSPE again for
release 6, but think we should consider running it just before RSE18
again, so probs in the autumn rather than the first half of '18?

Seems that alternative locations for RSE18 are considered, but don't
know whether that means in or outside of Manchester?
