[WSSSPE] Introducing Depsy: helping research software get due credit

Hi!  We’re proud to announce the release of Depsy [1], an NSF-funded
website that helps research software get its due credit in the scholarly
reward system.

Depsy gathers full-text mentions from the literature, assesses importance
within the software dependency network, and improves attribution with
transitive authorship credit.
